History: Raymond was raised in a hard working conservative environment. After coming to the age of reason, Raymond took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Charles never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
