History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When Jocelyn reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
