Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He bought a hand crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a Butcher soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult; and his religion dominates his actions
