Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Lance enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: He is a husky man, who is wearing a tight grey one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Herbalist born in the past three hundred years. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has achieved small success as a Herbalist.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and doesn't want to be a herbalist and was forced into it by his family

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears a white tunic with tan highlights, and long pastel pants that bunch up around his shoes, marred by sweets. His white hair is long and unkept. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ruler they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barkeep, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving John alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud
