History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Ernest liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Ernest and his spouse have recently divorced.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
