He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is short and red. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Bernard was born the youngest of three triplets. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: He wears a red wide-brimmed hat and red clothes. He carries with him a set of longswords on his belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Seamstress arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
