Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Peter was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Peter decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
