History: He got into the Doctor business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Doctor responsibilities is difficult; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
