History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Frederick was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Jocelyn's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Jocelyn enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and retire the richest man in the east
