History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Ernest reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Ernest and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Shane was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'11" when asserting himself. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Shane has worked very hard to control his curse. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Shane never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Aldous was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Kyle lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shipwright.
