History: Hugh hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Hugh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This man is very fat, and dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: This malnourished man wears dark leathers with embroidery. His black hair is braided into rings. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his small brown hat.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born in the west. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears long strands of aquamarine and short red dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are brown and beady.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: He wears a yellow tunic with brown highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around his shoes, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'6" when asserting himself. He has shaved his head bald. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his broad yellow hat.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and wants to open a new tavern
