History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Gifted from a young age, Nicholas studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Gerald was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. His brown hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes are amber.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. The war was a terrible time for him, and Patrick does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to end his boredom

Personality: He is fixated on the number 54. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. John enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Human compassion.
