Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. The war was a terrible time for him, and Roger does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He has no hair. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed red hat.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Raymond liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He's also a talented Body Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a black vest and prefers blue and pastel shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has moderate length golden hair. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to open a new tavern
