Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'10" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a tattered pair of loose brown pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and wants to raise his children well

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and dresses in yellow turtlenecks beneath a violet coat with white slacks. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His brown hair is thinning but still full. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Henry embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: Born in the north to a Mortician, Henry learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Henry was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Henry's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He tends to his Mortician job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His silver hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is obsessed with his god.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Richard was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He tends to wear a blue poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His hair is cut close to his head. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Henry isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Henry reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Henry fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is typically in his Glassblower uniform. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: Gomory was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Gomory was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gomory decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Glassblower kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and seeks redemption
