Description: A middle-aged man, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and is pretty ugly. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Laborer and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Herbalist business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. In his youth he was a Bookbinder, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is content

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a tight fitting yellow shirt and pants. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gilbert embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Gilbert was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Navigator. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is content; and to find somewhere to settle down
