Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His hair is short and chestnut. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Miner and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He is dressed in earthy colors with a black and yellow handkerchief worn on his left side. He has no hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Shoemaker. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Courier profession.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gifted student he started as a Courier, but he got bored and became a Detective. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and wants a kiss

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. When Kyle reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
