History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

History: Miles was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs; and to unite with his brother

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ernest will drive conversation. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born in the west. Ernest was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Map Maker. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
