History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
