Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a tan coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a top hat upon his head. He wears his chestnut hair up. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has worked as a Laborer like his father before him.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He is a Cartwright first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nicholas grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. After a long history of fighting, Nicholas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: This southern man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull green iron scale mail. His clothes are grease stained in places. His chestnut hair is still thick. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Raymond enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.
