History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His first spouse was a Knight, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Painter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Painter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and a deep hatred of illithids
