History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Layabout mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 38. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gifted student he started as a Tanner, but he got bored and became a Scribe. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
