Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Alex was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Alex's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Apothecary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Theobald lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and an old rival family wants him found

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: 5'10" and muscular, this western man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light brown in addition to tight pants. He has no hair. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Don was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Don decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
