Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears green trousers with black and brown striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
