Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Bertram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Gifted from a young age, Roland studied abroad. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Animal Trainer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.
