History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'0". He prefers to wear flannel, and his gloved hand is found clutching a greatsword. His brown hair is cut short. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His first spouse was a Slave Trader, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Slave Trader they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He is content; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears tattered old clothes. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. This hazel eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a green costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. His golden hair is cut short. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Bather. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Gerard took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up falchion and armor he uses now. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and expand his business
