History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
