History: Charles was born with his mother's beautiful face. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Being a Spy kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to pay off his debts
