History: Raymond was born the youngest of three triplets. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. A true patriot, Odo would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. At a young age his mother died while driving off some illithids.
