Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears brown trousers with black and grey striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bertram does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Bertram reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel.
