His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He became a Glassblower soon after.

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He typically wears green cloth garments or leather armor. His hair is cut close to his head. He has violet eyes.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hugh isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. During his travels, Hugh and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Hugh discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Hugh fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He is a Gardener first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He worked as a nervous Gardener and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Stableman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stableman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and sabotage a competitor
