Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born in a small island village. After coming to the age of reason, Balimaar took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
