History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Percival was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miner for the past few years.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions
