History: Gifted from a young age, Geoffrey studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Geoffrey grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Geoffrey. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Justin lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Tim was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he wants to get laid

Description: A middle-aged man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and is pretty ugly. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
