Personality: He is happy with his job as a Banker. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Alex lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bellfounder they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shoemaker, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
