Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Diggory isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Diggory was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He's also a talented Miller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
