History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Bernard's homeland. Bernard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.
