Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kody embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: Kody was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Chad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Weaver for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Body Guard again; and revenge

Description: 6'3" and muscular, this southern man prefers to wear blue clothing when he does not wear armor. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. The war was a terrible time for him, and Jocelyn does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Jocelyn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Soapmaker father left him crippled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and balancing his hectic life and new junk dealer responsibilities is difficult
