History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has moderate length golden hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. In his youth he was a Dilettante, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Map Maker born in the past three hundred years. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Gomory never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a flail on his belt. His white hair is thinning but still full. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
