He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kody fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
