Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bertram studied abroad. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
