Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Lance was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Lance was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lance decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This late middle aged man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane and is in decent physical shape. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Gilbert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and a deep hatred of gnolls

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Beggar. He has achieved small success as a Beggar.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
