History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He has wavy auburn hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Tailor.

Motivation: To be a Merchant again; and he is greedy

Personality: Tim speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and revenge
