History: Born to a Dyer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and to unite with his brother

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: An older man who tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, he is not a threatening figure. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. He has worked as a Sellsword like his father before him.
