Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the left. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. After a long history of fighting, Robert and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and many brigands want him driven away

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Beggar job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To be a Animal Trainer again; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
