Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is dressed in an above average manner. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Manfred was born with his father's beautiful face. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a brown coat. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his hammer, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. His hair is white and curly. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Spy. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born in the north to a Spy, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spy work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spy work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spy.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He got into the Spy business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Carpenter, but he was a colossal failure. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: He wears a tight fitting grey shirt and pants, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'2" when asserting himself. His head has been shaved. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Arnold is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Arnold grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Arnold. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it
