History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. After a long history of fighting, Shane and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature glaive.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
