History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
