History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Gifted from a young age, Richard studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Richard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Richard. Being a Server kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Dilettante mother left him crippled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult
