Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Ploughman. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Ernest was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Ploughman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new ploughman responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

History: He got into the Miner business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized yellow coat. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He tends to wear a white poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His hair is blonde and curly. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born in the west to a Assassin, Wymar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Assassin for hire.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
