Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Charles alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Charles and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and many illithids want him driven away

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Robert hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a Gardener, his father struggled to pay the bills. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.
